Chris Rodriguez

Our guest is one of the hardest working musicians and singers today. For over a decade, you’ve heard Chris Rodriguez adding his rich background vocals to studio and live performances for Shania Twain, Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, Billy Joel, Wynonna, and many others. But don’t underestimate his vocal versatility — he’s just finished laying down backing tracks for MegaDeth’s latest project and is currently touring with Kenny Loggins. He’s also ready to go on the road with Country Mega-star Keith Urban for a year. Chris is Nashville’s most sought after backing vocalists because he can sing anything. He’s blessed with incredible vocal range and even delivered a solo project recently. This only confirms this man’s talent. And, did we mention that he is an incredible guitarist? Inside MusiCast welcomes the talented Chris Rodriguez.

I am writing because fortunately a fan of Keith Urban and Kenny Loggins posted a note about the interview. She will be posting a link to your site and the Keith Urban fan site tomorrow so that people can find the podcast.
I plan to download the Chris Rodriquez podcast, then the Freddy Washington podcast. Then I plan to subscribe--I have dial-up so it takes a good while to download. That is why I have only listened to a portion of the Chris Rodriguez interview.
Please don't forget us Kenny Loggins fans when you interview present and former band mates okay? And BTW we would love it if you interview Kenny!!! Okay, I know your focus is behind the music but I thought it might be worth try!!
Thank you so much for making these interviews available!!!

Also, wanted to make a comment about Chris. I met Chris in Atlanta and would like to say thanks to him for not only a being great musician, but a wonderful and considerate person. You took so much time out of your busy schedule to talk, sign autographs and take pictures with myself and my 2 daughters. We adore you. When going to a Keith Urban concert, we very much look forward to seeing you and hearing you play. You are definitely a class act.
Thanks for taking time to post a message here on our web site. We really appreciate your wonderful comments and thank you so much for listening to the podcast.
Best wishes and Happy Holidays!

Thanks to both of you and to Chris of course for bringing back some great memories!!
Was wondering if you could help me contact Chris by forwarding this message. I met Chris this past summer, in Soo Michigan, after Keith's concert. Chris indulged my request for an autograph for a favourite uncle, "Uncle Rich", who had just purchased a Deering Banjo. Chris spent time sharing information about the instrument, and then we slipped right into conversation about our most common interest...our kids. After the concert I located a copy of Chris's CD, Beggars Paradise, and have since been immersed in the music and lyrics. It's a beautiful and timely merging of Chris's love of faith, family and music. The CD has come to have great meaning for me, and travels between my home, car and work. My uncle treasures the autograph, which he keeps beside his Deering, and he and my aunt continue to enjoy their Beggars Paradise CD, which I gave them. I was able to find two more copies of the CD for friends for Christmas. At this time of year I wanted to thank Chris again for sharing his gift with all of us, and specifically for sharing his time with me Michigan.
Peace to you and your family Chris.
