We really don't know much...and the family, understandably so, is keeping this issue close to them.

I looked through the videos. Where was Bobby? They didn't even say his name in the introduction. What up?
Also not to take anything away from Jeff but Simon was a Toto member almost as many years as Jeff. He should've been included in the induction.
